Paul Psak

Founder & Managing Partner

Paul founded Lake Ten Capital Partners in 2022 and leads the firm’s investment activity, working alongside Lake Ten’s operating partners, and the management teams and institutional partners it invests with.

Before founding Lake Ten, Paul was Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Ferro Holdings and Vatera Capital Management. He previously served as a Senior Analyst at Vatera Holdings and as an Assistant Vice President at Brown Brothers Harriman, where he worked in alternative asset allocation and risk management roles. Paul began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York.

Paul is a graduate of King’s College, where he serves on the Board of Directors, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York. He lives in West Palm Beach with his wife and two sons.
